“Doctor, Doctor” by Dr Rosemary Leonard review

Recently I read this book by Dr Rosemary Leonard in which she explores her experiences working as a GP in London. the book is a hilarious and light hearted read, and although it may not be representative of the experience of every GP in the country, it was very fun to hear of her varied and interesting work. I feel the book really shows the varied life of a doctor and the vast skillset one must have to succeed as a doctor.

As a GP there are so many different things you have to deal with on a regular basis, and you never quite know what will happen next. This book also conveyed to me the absolute privilege it is to be a doctor in the Uk and the great rewards that come with it. I would highly recommend this book as an easy and funny read.
