Hello, world! Welcome, to my first ever blog post.
First things first, a little introduction about myself. My name is Giselle, I’m a 17-year-old, bilingual 6th Form student, (studying chemistry, biology, maths and Italian), aspiring medic, animal lover/activist with 4 lovely kittens. I’m terrible at writing sentences of different lengths and I tend to ramble on. I believe in spirituality and love philosophical thinking, especially self-reflection as it quite fundamentally helps us develop, and has the power to change us.
Why am I writing a blog?
This blog is about me. It will entail random everyday experiences and lessons, my path through 6th Form, my dream to become a doctor and my path to and through medical school.
This is a diary that I’m sharing with the world in the hope that maybe somewhere, and in someway someone learns from my experiences, my mistakes and reflections on life.
I’ve decided to call this blog LearningCurve because life is a learning curve. We live, experience, make mistakes and learn, and that’s what life is about. A constant cycle, from which hopefully we are able to learn, appreciate and make the best use of our time on this earth.
This is part of my legacy.
Thank you for taking the time to read this,
