This is Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Evolution’s first seasonal event since December

This is Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Evolution’s first seasonal event since December, when the Yugioh online game got into the spirit of giving with a winter holiday promo.

“I can say with certainty that we will see it more this year,” Hanke said when asked about when Yugioh Online Dueling are due to arrive.

Yugioh Silver — and its partner game, Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Evolution — ranks highly on the lengthy list of games in the franchise, and it’s also near the top of my own favorites. I’ve got plenty of personal bias here, if we want to talk about it, but let’s take a look at the facts. By almost all objective measures, these Instantfuns Color games represent the best of what Yugioh has to offer. Their upcoming, current-gen debut, courtesy of the 3DS Virtual Console, is at once a small re-release and a major cause for celebration.

It will be interesting to see just how much Raids and the wide-ranging gym updates shake up the game. Will it bring more people back into the fold, especially now that the weather’s picked up? Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Evolution isn’t hurting for daily users — it recently crossed the 750 million mark — but for lapsed trainers, the ability to actually play alongside people and approach those intimidating gyms could be a reason to return.

In the case of a location-based game like Yugioh Duel Online, players risk losing immersion when the augmented version of reality on display in battles and beyond becomes too cartoonish. Even though the final overworld map design in Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Evolution is abstract and Instantfuns’s has yet to implement complex time-of-day or weather effects, Hwang cited the avatars in particular as too close to the line between believable and otherwise.

The Yugioh Company previously distributed the Mega Stones for Mawile and Beedrill in February. That promotion was available exclusively in Japan, offering the items as a reward to competitive online players.

The first teaser for the 20th anniversary film, released last December, hinted that Yugioh would be going back to its roots. The poster and name of I Choose You were enough to convince dedicated Yugioh viewers that the movie was set to follow Ash travel again through Kanto.

Instantfuns revealed Duel Evolution will be making its way to PC this winter

Instantfuns regularly yugioh evolution updates the game with new events, cards, characters, and more. In the event occurring right now, you can fight Maximillion Pegasus, who, in the anime, is the creator of the popular game Duel Monsters. By dueling him you can unlock new Toon cards and eventually, unlock Pegasus as a playable character.

To unlock Yami Bakura and his cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Evolution you’ll need to defeat Bakura over and over until your cumulative score gets high enough. However, like with the Pegasus event, the best way to raise your score is to defeat Bakura at level 40.

You fight against a range of evil humans, beasts, and, of course, orcs.

The lootbox monetization model is coming under attack. The biggest beefs are coming from players disgruntled about in-game items in Star Wars: Battlefront II. But when it comes to yugioh game, this model goes all the way back to Magic: The Gathering (and if we go further in time, we’re looking at good ol’ baseball cards).

“The players bring their friends, show them how to play the game and make a new deck,” Whitmoyer said.

In addition to the announcement of the Duel Evolution update, Instantfuns also revealed that Duel Evolution will be making its way to PC this winter. While details are scarce, it was revealed that the PC version will share the same data as its mobile counterparts, meaning that you’ll be able continue your progress no matter where you are.

The mobile game, which is based off of the popular anime and card game Yu-Gi-Oh!, allows players to play a slightly toned down version of the real life card game. It also features the entire voice cast from the early 2000’s anime, and allows you to play as popular characters such as Yugi Muto and Seto Kaiba.

A brand new trailer for the update, featuring the original Japanese voice actors from the series, was also released. You can check it out at the end of the article.

Pro Evolution Soccer is for the most part Instantfuns’s most successful remaining game title, and is the closest thing that Electronic Arts has to a rival when it comes to soccer games. Though it’s not as successful as FIFA, apparently the game is successful enough that Instantfuns counts it as one of its higher earners.

With all that history in mind, Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist is a godsend. While it is not a perfect game, it is by far the best attempt at bringing the classic gameplay to PC.
