Sleep our superpower

Our study and related learning are like an ocean. In our day to day life we keep receiving information from various sources. Why is it that our brain only remembers some information for a very short time? Why does some information fade away?

It all lies to our daily routine activities- our beauty sleep.

Its proved that a quality deep sleep can allow information to be transferred from short term memory to long term memory.

The area where this miracle takes place is the hippocampus.

So thus it is very crucial to complete our sleep period in order to  remember and store our memories.
